What happens after I order? 

Once you have placed your order, the fun begins!

First, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number .You will then receive a shipping confirmation email, meaning your parcel has been shipped and is on its way!
This email may be followed by emails from our shipping subsidiaries, who will notify you as the parcel moves closer and closer to its destination.

Please note: Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business day of being placed. If there is any sort of issue and we cannot fulfil, we will notify you.


Can I track my order?

How do I return an order?

We want to ensure our products meet all of our customers needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund, or alternatively you can exchange your product within 30 days. 

PLEASE contact us and we will advise you on how you can return the order!

Items must be unworn and unwashed.

Please note You must pay for the freight to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.

Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund or exchange within 48 hours.

I received the wrong product?

If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service.

If you send us an email, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.
